Over the past couple months the value of Jeff Fushia from Touch Point 360 cannot be understated.  Jeff has been a very valuable asset for the True Value by Ideal team, whether it was during the fixture process or the merchandising process, his knowledge was impressive and his work ethic was superior.

From the first day when Jeff walked in the door to preview the store, to the last day when he was leaving, it was clear to us he had one goal: to be as effective and as efficient as possible in helping us to open our new store.  Jeff's experience proved to be very valuable when certain parts of the construction of the building did not exactly go as the merchandising plan had called for or vice versa.  These were small obstacles to Jeff because he had seen so many previous occasions where things had not gone according to plan.  Jeff always had an idea on how to overcome the issue and his knowledge helped us to avoid costly mistakes and oversights.

There was never a moment during the project when people were not moving.  This was because Jeff always planned well ahead of time and stayed organized on a daily basis.  This habit of Jeff's is what proved to be one of his strongest assets.  Jeff's work ethic was contagious to those on his team and also those on our team.  Jeff communicated to all those on the project what needed to be done and everyone followed his lead.  Sometimes a strong work ethic can prove to be an obstacle in communicating what is being done, but this was not the case with Jeff.  No matter what Jeff did, he always made sure it was communicated to someone on his team or our team to ensure that was not the only one that knew how to do a certain task.  This practice made Jeff an even more valuable asset to our team because now we will have the ability to build/repair fixtures and also be more efficient in merchandising around the store.

Jeff Fushia has been a tremendous asset to True Value by Ideal and we would not hesitate to recommend him to any other retail store looking to open a new store or improve an old store.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my sincere recommendation regarding the wonderful job Touchpoint 360 accomplished with installation for us.  Touchpoint employees were extremely organized, professional, and cooperative to work with.  Touchpoint not only met, but exceed our expectations while performing the installation for a 100 room new construction Wingate with public space included.  I truly look forward to working with Touchpoint again in the future.

We have seen the results of your efforts with POS the last two weeks. The week of November 23rd our register sales almost tripled from the prior weeks for the Dremel kit. Some of that is attributed to the start of the selling season (Black Friday), but most of it is due to store implementation from TouchPoint 360.
