Project Description

Locations: 

• 42 stores in Illinois and Missouri

Scope of Work: 

• 1 person for 2-4 hours per store
• Inventory buyback with signed MRA to be completed
• Cut in or reset 4 to 8 feet of Custom Leather Craft product
• Up sell 4 foot sets to 8 foot sets if possible.
• Document completion with photographs and Project Recap form

Results:

• Touchpoint360 worked with Paulausky/Langenfeld Associates to develop a schedule to install Custom Leather Craft products into 42 RP Lumber stores.  Touchpoint360 developed a Merchandise Return Authorization form (MRA) and had the installers complete the MRA with Project Recap and photographs to verify completion of each store.  All 42 stores were completed within 5 days.
