Project Description: Locations: - 3 True Value Stores in Woodstock NY, Chicago IL, Lincoln NE
Scope of work: - Complete a precall and store walk
- Merchandise fastener, anchor, picture hooks, hooks, springs and magnets to new plan-o-gram (Total of five four foot sections).
- Add new price labels
- Work during the day time (4 to 6 hrs per day)
- Manpower requirements (2 people per store)
Project Type: Channel: Results: - The Touchpoint 360 team completed three test locations in New York, Nebraska, and Chicago. This reset consists of a 20-foot section of "Certified True Blue" Planograms for fasteners, anchors, picture-hanging hardware, magnets, and springs. Several leading manufacturers are involved with this reset, including: ITW, 3M, Remington, Toggler, OOK/Impex, Century Spring, and Master Magnetics. With these test stores, the Touchpoint 360 team successfully completed stores of varying magnitude and challenges
