Locations:

• 11 store Ace Hardware chain in Maryland and Delaware

Scope of Work:

• Collect sales data for previous 12 month period in all 11 stores, and develop baseline for ROI analysis
• Survey existing display configurations in all 11 stores
• Create individual footprints for each store's new product assortment
• Develop planograms for each footprint
• Linear foot ranges from 36' to 56' in each store
• Work during dark hours in stores (1 -2 nights)
• Manpower requirements - 3 people per store
• Project Duration - 7 days

• The TouchPoint team worked with Langenfeld Field Sales to: develop individual footprints for each store; produced a schedule minimizing the impact of reset activity of each store; and completed the resetting of the new GE planograms in 7 days.
