Auto Parts Resets
Client: Advance Auto Parts Project Description: Locations: - 7 stores (1 in Georgia, 5 in Ohio, and 1 in Michigan)
Scope of Work: - Unload new fixtures
- Demerchandise parts storage
- Breakdown old and install new racking
- Remerchandise parts in new location
- Clear area and install commercial desk
- Demerchandise retail product
- Tear down and reinstall 480 ft of gondola racking
- Remerchandise product
- Manpower requirements (5 - 10 people per store)
- Project Duration - 8 weeks
Project Type: Channel: Results: - The TouchPoint team worked a staggered schedule Thur - Sat and Sun - Tue to complete each store. Smaller stores consisted of just parts relocation, while larger stores required parts and sales floor relocation. Project was finished 1 day early, and one additional store was added to the end of the scope. Some of our manpower was siphoned off to assist teams from other companies who had fallen behind schedule.
