Merchandising Facility Relocation
Client: Ace Hardware Project Description: - Ace Hardware contracted with TouchPoint 360 to relocate their merchandising and plan-o-gram facility from Downers Grove, IL to a brand new facility in Woodridge, IL.
Scope of Work: - Dismantle 876 current Lozier Fixtures in Downers Grove
- Palletize fixtures for shipment to new location
- Teardown to be completed in 3 days
- Apply for all permits for new location
- Assemble 773 Lozier fixture in New Woodridge Location
- Layout fixtures according to Client Blueprints
- Place Gladson tags on all plan-o-grams
- Merchandise all Lozier fixtures according to Ace plan-o-grams
- Merchandising must be completed in 10 days.
Channel: Results: - The TouchPoint 360 team completed the project in scope and 3 days ahead of original schedule. The early completion by T360 allowed Ace hardware to receive their occupancy permit a week earlier that expected.
