Client: RSI Project Description: Locations: - 380 Home Depot Stores in 16 States
Scope of Work: - Survey existing display styles in 380 Home Depot Stores,
- Create individual footprints for each store for new displays
- Bay counts ranges from 1 to 16 in each store
- Inventory buy back quantity in each store
- Work during dark hours in stores (1 -2 nights)
- Manpower requirements (2 - 8 people per store)
- Project Duration 100 days
Project Type: Channel: Results: - The TouchPoint team worked with RSI to develop individual footprints for each store; produced a schedule minimizing the impact of fluctuating labor requirements caused by the high degree of variability of each store; and completed the Installation of new Display vignettes and resetting of the new cabinet families in 92 days.
