Scope of Work:

• Project Management and full Merchandising execution onsite for a scheduled period of 6 weeks leading up to the Grand opening on June 11, 2009. The project was completed 1 week early.

Project Type:

• Full Project Management and Merchandising execution with completion of all Certified True Blue POG sets in all departments for the 11,000 square foot store. This is the second location for JB Zimmerman and is near the first location in Blue Ball, Pennsylvania.

Results:

• The Project Management provided by TouchPoint 360 included the complete management of the entire process of merchandising the store from the logistics to the labor staffing inclusive of certified vendor participation and scheduling for timely execution in a short 2-3 week window allowing for the simultaneous execution of various fixture and signage installation. The merchandising effort provided by TouchPoint 360 allowed the Member/Owner the comfort of knowing that a highly reputable and experienced team was executing the process flawlessly and in a time frame that would lead to early completion and subsequently early opening of the store.
