The Home Depot-Woodcrafters Vanity Reset
Client: Woodcrafters Date: 10/15/08 - 2/10/09 Project Description: Locations: - 431 Home Depot stores in the Midwest, South and South East
Scope of Work: - Resetting 3 to 9 display and product bays in each store. The project also included providing a detailed floor plan for each location in preparation for the project. (288 to 864 square ft of POG per store). We were required to select individual scope of work plans based on pre walk information for each store

Channel: Results: - We completed all 431 store floor plans, pre walks, and resets in a 90 day span. Completed 7 days ahead of schedule. We had over a 97% first time completion rating. Client has already asked us to bid on more projects.
