Scope of Work:

• The project is to verify shelf placement of the 2 DROPPS products, to hang a POP sign, to verify the Walmart Roll Back sign is up, and in 19 select stores to buyback old packaged merchandise.

Results:

• All 395 Walmart locations have been completed. We did find some locations that no longer carried the product though. We also found buyback stores that had sold through all old packaging product which is a good sign for the sales on the product. We had 1 problem with this project and that was the shipping method for the POP. We used the USPS to try and save costs and had many packages either take 2 plus weeks to arrive or never arrive at all. All projects that require shipping need to use UPS ground as the first option.
