• The project is to hang a vacuum cleaner bag flip book and rack into every Kmart store.

Results:

• The final total of stores completed was 1310. We ran into 2 large issues with the project. 1^st, we had multiple reps accept and then back out of the project. This led to us having to reship multiple displays. We also had reps not complete the project and not ship the displays back to us for reshipment. 2^nd, we had many stores that did not have the correct fixture to hang the rack on. That forced us to leave many racks and books on the shelf.
