TouchPoint 360 launches in-store service, photo-audit process for Swarovski stores. Swarovski operates over 140 stores in the U.S. and is the leading retailer for crystal jewelry, figurines and collectables.

 

TouchPoint 360 will audit selected stores each month to verify that displays are set to the visual merchandiser's plan-o-gram specifications. The audits will be documented by photos and a completed call reports.
